I am an old man. Just probably 1 hour of recreational basketball rendered me with a stiff neck, body aches and a splitting headache. I am really turning out to be a PES E clerk they made me out to be. They slapped me with an "unfit for combat" tag and ruined my 2 years. I still don't have the "chao keng" mentality, but i guess sooner or later i will become a true PES E clerk physically and mentally.

Seldom do i have a topic/theme/title in mind. Being restricted by a boundary stifles imagination, and the whole list of earnest and frank thoughts that would entail. Not that i am taking part in some who wants to be a singing competition judge, but i like to offer some critique normally not said verbally. And i hope a different perspective of things.

First, i would like to warn people not to watch butterfly lovers. Its in my honest opinion the other extreme of The Dark Knight. It could have a reason to do with the company i was with at the movie. 21 army personnel watching a romantic flick for cohesion turned it into a comedy, where we were laughing at the lousy acting, poorly co-ordinated martial arts scene and a script which would do well to pass off as some primary school essay. Not that i have something against them, but some people should really stick to being a poster boy.

Ahhh, i regretted buying a PSP. I do not fully utilised it. Games don't seem to interest me that much anymore. I only use it to watch shows. This would probably be the last gaming console i ever get. Xbox was also a real waste. I did not really play much of it also. Next time i will be more level-headed when purchasing technology goods.

2 years, is sooooo bloody long. Only 9 months plus has elasped. My opinion of this organisation has greatly changed since the day i received the letter asking me to go for a checkup. It used to be all about patriotism, but now its just getting out of it. Unless i can find terms to aptly replace the technical ones, it would not be rational of me to comment on the organisation.

I am starting to get a clearer perception of life. Now i know why certain things are that way. One needs to be less stubborn and more opened to different opinions. Not just to know, but to understand what is going on.

I wish i don't need to book in

Thanks to bifang for taking that picture. I wasn't standing on a chair or table or whatsoever.. If not my clothes wouldn't look as if they are in the air.. But to be honest, the rim was shorter than the normal rim. It would be a fallacy if i were to be able to dunk on the 10feet rim. I am a pes e clerk who is slowly suffering from the brigade syndrome of growing bellies. I cant fly anymore, or if that's the word they use to describe jumping higher/further. I am just an ordinary person.

How much do modern people value a person's word? Probably worthless. Maybe a contract has more value. It has a monetary value to it. Even contracts can be broken, as long as you are able to compensate the other party monetarily. Not to mention a promise with no monetary value to it. Human lives can also be valued. Every person's life is valued differently. There are certain criteria to value how much a life is worth. Just ask the actuary who calculates the payout one get from the insurance company.. In their terms, it represents the risk the company would take on to guarantee status quo. But after all, wouldn't that be placing a value on something as sacred as life? So you shouldn't be too surprised if people tells you one week that they would be able to go for a kbox outing, and they other week, they go back on their word.. Promises are nothing, if you follow the argument. Of course, it would not be right to over-generalise matters. To certain individuals, promises still matter alot.

Anyway, yesterday's impromptu dinner was kind of fun. Quite unplanned. Planning makes things so predictable, which eliminates the element of surprise. There is the 'invisible hand' which would work things out.. It doesn't just apply to economics! Haha. So far the most effective governments have engaged a free market economy where basic infrastructures are provided, and according to Smith's word, everything else would be settled by the hand which you could not see. Crap, i am linking economics to common everyday scenarios.

Hai, it is inching closer to 2330 on a Sunday night. Back to the lockup in the middle of cemeteries for me..
